Section 1: Eligibility and Registration
To use the padu888 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. padu888 reserves the right to reject or terminate any registration application that does not meet these requirements.
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- You must be a legally competent individual capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- You must not be located in any country or territory where the use of our services is prohibited by law.
- Your account must not have been previously terminated by padu888 for a breach of terms.
- You must not be enrolled in any voluntary self-exclusion program from any gambling platform.
- Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on padu888. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information may result in account termination.
Section 2: User Account and KYC
Your padu888 account is your personal responsibility. You are fully accountable for all activities that occur within your account and must take appropriate steps to protect your login credentials.
- You are responsible for keeping your account password secure at all times and must not share it with anyone.
- Padu888 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from shared passwords or security breaches resulting from user negligence.
- Identity Verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal. Required documents include MyKad or passport, proof of address, and bank account details.
- Padu888 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time if deemed necessary for security or compliance purposes.
- The name on your padu888 account must exactly match the name on your identification document and registered bank account.
- Padu888 reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account during KYC review or security verification.
KYC only needs to be completed once. Once done, you can make withdrawals without any additional obstacles in the future.
Section 3: Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on padu888 are processed through licensed and secure payment channels. padu888 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer.
- The minimum deposit is RM 30 for e-wallets and RM 50 for bank transfers or FPX.
- Padu888 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by your bank or payment provider (if applicable) are the player's responsibility.
- Withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 to 60 minutes depending on the chosen method.
- Withdrawals may only be made to an account bearing the same name as your padu888 account. Transfers to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Padu888 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing while a security review or identity verification is being carried out.
- Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through suspicious or unlawful means will result in account freezing and reporting to the relevant authorities.
- Daily withdrawal limits vary by the player's VIP tier. Diamond members enjoy no fixed limit.
Section 4: Bonuses and Promotions
Padu888 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in each promotional offer.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal from bonus funds can be made.
- Padu888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
- Each player is eligible to claim each bonus only once unless stated otherwise. Attempting to claim duplicate bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash directly without first meeting the wagering requirements.
- Padu888 reserves the right to void related bonuses and wins if there is evidence of bonus abuse or fraud.

Section 5: Game Rules
All games available on padu888 are operated according to rules set by their respective game providers. padu888 does not alter or manipulate game mechanics in any way.
- All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified and audited by an independent third party.
- The outcome of all games is final. padu888 will not alter or void game results unless there is a clear technical error.
- In the event of a technical failure or system disruption during a gaming session, padu888 will restore the session to the last valid state based on system records.
- Players are not permitted to use any software, bots, or automated tools to play on padu888. Such use will result in immediate account termination.
- Legitimate game strategies such as card counting or standard betting strategies are permitted, provided they do not involve assistance from external software.
- Padu888 reserves the right to limit maximum bets or close the account of any player who consistently demonstrates an unusually high win rate indicative of manipulation.
Section 6: Player Responsibilities
As a padu888 platform user, you accept full responsibility for your actions while using the platform. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Only play with money you can afford to lose. padu888 strongly recommends setting a strict gaming budget and sticking to it.
- Ensure that use of the platform is lawful under your local laws before registering and playing.
- Keep your personal information in your padu888 account up to date whenever there are any changes, especially your bank account details.
- Report to padu888 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Do not share your padu888 account with anyone, including family members. Each individual must have their own account.
- Contact the padu888 support team if you feel your gaming habits are becoming a problem, so we can assist you with the appropriate responsible gaming tools.
Section 7: Account Termination and Suspension
Padu888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts under certain circumstances. Likewise, players have the right to close their accounts at any time for personal reasons.
- Padu888 reserves the right to terminate an account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, manipulation, or serious breach of terms.
- Account closure requests from players will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the registered bank account once the review is complete.
- Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administration fee after notice has been given.
- Players who opt for voluntary self-exclusion may not re-register under the same or a different identity during the exclusion period.
- Padu888 will temporarily freeze an account during investigations related to complaints or suspicious activity. The freeze period depends on the complexity of the case.
Warning: Identity fraud, use of false information, or any attempt to deceive the padu888 system is a serious offence that may result in permanent account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Section 8: Privacy and Data Protection
Padu888 takes the protection of our players' personal data seriously. Our full privacy policy is available on the Privacy Policy and forms part of these terms.
- All personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with applicable data protection standards.
- Your data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption during transmission and robust encryption systems during storage.
- Padu888 only uses player data for the purposes stated in our Privacy Policy — including identity verification, transaction processing, and service improvement.
- Padu888 will not sell players' personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without the player's explicit consent.
- Players have the right to request a copy of their personal data or request its deletion, subject to legal compliance requirements that may require us to retain certain records.
Section 9: Liability Disclaimer
While padu888 strives to provide the best service at all times, there are limits to the liability we can accept in connection with the use of our platform.
- Padu888 accepts no liability for financial losses incurred by players as a result of gambling activity on our platform.
- Padu888 is not responsible for platform disruptions or unavailability caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, power failures, or cyberattacks.
- In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect payout, padu888 reserves the right to correct the error after notifying the player in advance.
- Padu888 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from login credentials that have been shared or compromised by the player themselves.
- Padu888's maximum total liability to any player under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Section 10: Terms Amendment and Applicable Law
Padu888 reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. It is the player's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest changes.
- Any material amendments will be communicated to players via registered email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
- Continued use of the padu888 platform after the effective date of any amendment is considered acceptance of the revised terms.
- These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law, and any disputes will be resolved through the processes established within the relevant jurisdiction.
- If any provision in these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all other provisions will continue to remain in full force.
- These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and padu888 regarding the use of our platform and supersede all prior agreements or communications relating to the same subject matter.
These terms were last updated in January 2026. Any significant changes will be communicated to all registered members via email at least 7 days before they take effect.
